Another weekend is upon us and I’m longing for the beach. It is one of my goals in life to own a beach house that I can escape to every weekend (or for longer periods of time). I’m my happiest at the beach.
So in celebration of Friday here is some weekend inspiration, beach house style. Let’s start with this whale pillow. It just makes me smile.
I love love love the framed octopus. It looks great here over the dresser but I would love to see it over a white bed frame. Swoon.
I would like to have these Tom Slaughter prints hanging in my beach bathroom.
This is actually a do-it-yourself creation (I’m sorry but I can’t for the life of me find the tutorial). Surprisingly enough it’s make of toilet paper rolls! I’m not much of a do-it-yourself’er but this seems easy enough to make, and it looks so unique.
And finally, some weekend advice - “Work like a Captain, Play like a Pirate.” Enough said.
